Build a Lot 2 is a real estate development simulation which requires you to acquire land, construct and upgrade houses and collect rent to meet time and financial targets. The gameplay is basically the same as in its forebear but there are many more different styles of houses and other construction projects for you to work on, and therefore you can make a more complex little community, with coffee shops and playgrounds.

Like the first Build a Lot game, the graphics are attractive and it still has the little hard hat zooming along the road to represent the workers on their way to the next job.
