If any of our games (or our guest games) fail to deliver complete value for money, contact us within 30 days and we will refund your money. This guarantee includes, but is not limited to, the following :
 
  • The game does not work on your computer.
  • There is any defect which we are unable to remedy to your satisfaction.
  • You do not fully enjoy the game or you find it to be unsuitable.

The following conditions do apply :

  • To qualify, your key must not have been shared or published.
  • You agree to delete all refunded games and registration keys.
  • Refunds are to the original credit/bank card only.
  • Free 'special offer' games are not covered by this guarantee.
