After much thought, and seven years of game development, we decided to re-brand the site.
The name 'Pi Eye Games' was always a bit odd, and hopefully 'Clockwork Pixels'
speaks more of what we're about, a blend of the technical and the artistic.
As well as a new name, we've added many new features to the site. There's a customer
forum, a development blog and you can get free games using our new 'credits' feature.

The most powerful power-ups are probably the exit keys themselves. When you have
several of these collected nothing will stand in your way. In addition, extra
power-ups can be collected. Each power-up lasts around 20-30 seconds and power-ups can be combined to really enhance your firepower.
'LATERAL BLASTERS' Fires fast, high powered projectiles from the sides of your ship.
'REAR BLASTERS'
Fires slow, but large, mine-like projectiles from the rear of your ship.
'3 WAY BLASTERS'
Spreads out your ship's main fire power, a very powerful power-up!
'RICOCHET AMMO'
Allows your ammo to bounce off walls and alien mass, great for corners.
'RAPID FIRE'
Double your rate of fire, destroy twice as much!
'EXTRA LIFE'
Always handy. If you run out of lives a new set will cost you $50,000!
'INVULNERABLE'
A rare power-up, you'll take no damage to your shields while this is
active.
'$10,000'
There are some tempting bonuses hidden around certain levels for you to
find.
'50% SHIELD RESTORE'
Look out for these, they just might save your skin!
'25% SHIELD RESTORE'
Only restores 25% of your shields, but still really handy.
