How do I purchase a PiEye
game ? |

When you purchase one of our games you will
receive a registration key. Enter this key into the game to unlock the full
version. If you are new to
the registration process you may like to read our Registration Guide. |

I've lost my registration details. What now? |

Please contact us
via our Contacts page and provide us with the
following information :
- Full Name
- Email address at the time of purchase.
- The purchase date (or estimate).
Please Note :
We will never ask you
to re-send your credit card / bank information. |

Why does the 'Invalid Key
: KR01' message appear? |

This message box
will appear when the game detects that either the email or key have been
mistyped. Make sure you are using the
email address and registration key that we sent to you when you registered.
The game will only register with the email address you used to buy the game.
If the game still fails to register please contact us via our
Contacts page. |

If I download an update for the game, will I have to re-enter my
registration information ? |

Normally the only
time you will need to re-enter your registration information is if you
upgrade your PC. We recommend that
you keep your registration details in a safe place. |
